   Product Description

The HJ-D2 sandblasted EVA Film is a premium interlayer designed to provide a unique frosted glass effect while ensuring safety, durability, and long-term stability. Unlike standard opaque EVA films, HJ-D2 offers a soft, satin-like translucency that diffuses light evenly, creating a stylish and modern appearance. It balances privacy and light transmission, making it ideal for applications where both functionality and aesthetics are essential.

Engineered with advanced EVA technology, HJ-D2 demonstrates excellent adhesion with glass, high tensile strength, and superior crosslinking (>80%), ensuring reliable performance in laminated glass structures. It has been tested under boiling water and high-humidity/heat conditions (85 °C), showing no delamination or bubbling, and maintains outstanding color stability with minimal yellowing (ΔYI < 1) even under UV exposure.

Available in multiple thickness options such as 0.38 mm and 0.76 mm with widths up to 2400 mm, HJ-D provides flexibility for different design and architectural requirements. Its frosted finish enhances privacy without blocking natural light, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Typical uses include office partitions, shower enclosures, decorative façades, hotel lobbies, and residential interiors, where a refined frosted glass appearance is required along with durability and safety performance.
