The HJ-G Black Opaque EVA Film from E&N HONJIA is a high-performance interlayer film engineered to transform ordinary laminated glass into a striking opaque black surface, combining aesthetic value with safety and durability. Ideal for decorative applications, HJ-G not only enhances visual appeal but also provides strong bond strength and safety features, making it resistant to impact and glass fragmentation.

With a standard size of 0.38 mm thickness × 2000/2200/2400 mm width × 50 m roll, the HJ-G film exhibits reliable performance under extreme environmental conditions. It delivers excellent adhesion to glass (> 100 N/cm), tensile strength over 17 MPa, and exceptional elongation at break (≥ 800%), ensuring structural stability. The product resists delamination or visible defects in high-humidity (85 °C, 85% RH) and high-temperature (100 °C) tests, with only minimal edge haze and no bubbles or peeling. UV ageing resistance is also high, with yellowing index ΔYI < 1 after standard UV exposure.

HJ-G's stable and uniform color enhances design freedom, allowing it to be installed on bare edges for clean architectural finishes. Applications include indoor decorative glass panels, partitions, signage, and environments where full light blocking, privacy, and visual impact are essential.
